Key Responsibilities For UX Designer
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to define and deliver user-centred digital solutions.
* Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
* Develop user personas, journey maps, and other UX artefacts to inform the design process.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
* Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related discipline.
* At least 3 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a digital agency or consultancy environment.
* Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and user research findings.
* Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision Studio.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Skills
* Experience with Agile methodologies.
* Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices.
* Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Experience working on complex, enterprise-level projects.
Compensation & Benefits
