Key Responsibilities For Social Worker
The Social Worker will play a critical role in delivering high-quality social care services to vulnerable adults, children, and families in the Oxford area. The main responsibilities of this role will include:
    • Assessing the needs of service users and developing personalised care plans to meet their individual requirements
    • Working collaboratively with other professionals, such as healthcare providers, teachers, and police officers, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to social care

Required Qualifications

    • A minimum of two years' post-qualifying experience in social work, preferably in a local authority or public sector setting
    • A thorough understanding of social care legislation, policies, and procedures, including the Care Act 2014 and the Children Act 1989

Compensation & Benefits
