Key Responsibilities For NHS Manager
The NHS Manager will play a critical role in the leadership and management of our healthcare services, working closely with clinical teams, stakeholders, and partners to drive service improvement and excellence. The main responsibilities of this role include:
    · Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve Trust objectives and targets
    · Leading and managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and services
    · Collaborating with clinicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to design and implement evidence-based care pathways
    · Managing budgets, resources, and assets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
    · Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and experience
    · Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including patients, carers, and partner organisations
    · Contributing to the development of Trust-wide policies, procedures, and guidelines to support service delivery
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
    · A degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare management, nursing, or a related discipline
    · Significant experience of working in a healthcare management role, preferably within the NHS
    · A postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or a related field, such as an MBA or MSc
    · Evidence of continuing professional development and a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement
    · Registration with a relevant professional body, such as the Chartered Management Institute or the Royal College of Nursing

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is £65,000 to £90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, the successful candidate will be entitled to a range of benefits, including:
