Key Responsibilities for Account Manager:

- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Industry certifications such as Certified Management Consultant (CMC) or Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP).
- Experience working in the management consulting industry or with Fortune 500 clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges effectively.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Account Manager position at McKinsey & Company in Des Moines, Iowa is competitive and commensurate with experience.
