Key Responsibilities for HR Administrative Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department by handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files and records.
- Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare HR-related documents including offer letters, employment contracts, and performance evaluation forms.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in an HR department.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Desired Skills:
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Experience with HR software such as Workday or SAP.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Compensation & Benefits:
